"It felt like we had the whole castle to ourselves. It was awesome to have clean kitchen with a huge refrigerator and a wahser/dryer. But of course you have your own refrigerator in your room too. Bed was comfortable. Carol who smiles nonstop - was so eager to help if we needed anything. It was a memorable stay - very different than impersonal hotel stay. We really enjoyed meeting other tourists there too. "

"Great location for meals, grocery, ferry etc... all within walking distance. We loved the cottage suite on the water but it did not have a balcony or a gate to the beach. We did however walk over to the restaurant grounds next door where we watched a beautiful sunset."

"If you're not a person who likes big resorts and looks for something a little more low key, The Hideaway is it. Beautiful, well-kept grounds. The room was fresh and clean. The pool and pavilion are in the middle of the cottages, and the beach is literally right outside the gate. My first day there, I had the entire beach to myself (beach is very nice and clean). There is no traditional check-in or front desk and not many employees, so there's kind of just a "honor system" vibe. I did meet one of...

" When I say, IVGH did not disappoint.We were greeted with cool lavender towels for our face and hands, as well as local island fruit juice. The night receptionist and bell man were so helpful. The complementary continental morning breakfast had the nicest lite island vibe. I was a little disappointed I could not order dinner from the restaurant. Let me be clear, it's not anything they did, it just isn't open Sunday and Monday and we checked in Saturday night. The restaurant gets some amazing...
