"The hotel room's air conditioning was not working properly, so the room never got as cool as we expected. In addition, there was a lot of noise coming from the street throughout the night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Parking was also inconvenient since we had to park on the street.

"The place is beautiful. I had a few minor issues, one was the sink stopper kept getting stuck and I had to call maintenance several times.
One front desk employee was very helpful and one was extremely rude.
I got locked in my room because the bolt attachment had shifted so maintenance had to come get me out of my room.
