"Everything was great, until the second night when we went grill steaks for dinner. The outdoor grill wouldn’t lite. I called the front desk, maintenance came right away and tried to fix it. When they couldn’t, they replaced it either brand new one. Dinner was saved. Service was fantastic!!!"

"Staff was great, cleaning was good and housekeeping was unobtrusive, but met our needs daily. Breakfast was light on options, but can't be beat for the hotel price. Parking was nice since it's just off the strip and had a lovely park we walked to daily.
The property is dated, but kept up. No real complaints since we were budget traveling anyway. For budget friendly there's probably not a better place to stay in Branson."
