"The toilet was too low, not ADA compliant."

"Check in was easy, friendly and efficient staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Ample self parking, close to airport, highway and restaurants."

"We booked our Hotel through Expedia 2 months in advance and yet when we got there to check in, and it was very late, our room was not available. They put us in a room with 2 single beds rather than the King size that we booked. The only room that they had left was the handicapped room which was an inconvenience for us. We asked for a manager and of course no one was available and they said they would have someone talk to us before checkout but they did not. The next day while we were traveling...

"Todo bien"

"The place was a bit run down. Rooms were ok but sink leaked drawers did not close: day 2 not enough towels"

"Comically close to the airport parking but we didn’t hear any planes. The room was clean and spacious. Staff was extremely friendly. Coffee and cookies every night. Iron Works restaurant attached to the hotel is a bonus. The breakfast at the hotel left a little to be desired but wouldn’t complain if it was free. "After checking in and going to the room we noticed the TV was not in working order. When we called the desk we were told “oh yea.. so… there is an issue with the TV service in almost all rooms and nothing I can do to help you” we were told to speak to the manager in the morning to get what we were promised a $25 credit to be told they could not. Buyer beware !! We should have been told this prior to even giving my card to complete the process"

"This hotel was adequate for my extended stay of 6 nights. It was affordable."

"Nice rooms, friendly staff, great views!"

"The room was very clean. The only complaint about the room was the shower, water pressure was very low and the shower curtain was too short so the whole bathroom floor was so soaked after one shower. The grounds needed more cleaning as there was alot of broken glass in the the back of the property were our room was, and where we were to walk our dog."

"The room was clean. Air conditioning wasn't the best but ok. THE STAFF was TERRIBLE. Talking on the phone(not business) and having me wait That happened twice. Was not informational at all. Overall sorry first impression...."
