"The room was clean as were the linen and bedding. The TV/remote was comber some to use and not intuitive. Unfortunately someone left my window opened and the room I was in had issues with strong smoke smell(possibly from the recent forrest fires?) and made me feel very uncomfortable. The floors were carpet over possibly the original wood floors so they did squeak but being on the top floor did not affect me."

"Not sure where to start, this hotel is very unclean. When you first arrive, the front entrance is filthy, the hallways on the floors look like they haven't been vacuumed in weeks, the rooms look like they were cheaply made over, and the walls have tons of dings and scuff marks everywhere. The pool deck is dirty and hasn't been cleaned in a long time. Everything just feels unclean. The staff is not friendly; they hardly talk and never asked if our stay was okay.
