"The property is small and very comfortable. It's located in Bo Kaep, a lovely neighborhood known for its colorful houses and Muslim community. It's walkable to the waterfront and other places. The rooms are suites, with kitchen and sitting areas. Besides being well maintained and having a great breakfast included, the staff is excellent. Every person I met was friendly and helpful. They made a point of introducing themselves and making me feel at home. The manager, Jean-Pierre, let me stay late...

"Beautiful, modern and spotless place in a great neighborhood, close to many restaurants and the waterfront. We really enjoyed our stay! The only thing we wished for was some patio furniture on the rooftop so we could have enjoyed the outdoor space even more. Would definitely recommend!"

"Everything was great. 1. Mainly the daily maintenance and stuff behaviour was so good. 2. I reached around 12 pm and the check in time was 3 pm, I requested them for early check in and they immediately gave me one clean room, thanks for that. 3. There are some good restaurants in the neighbourhood, so it’s convenient. I have some suggestions for the house though: 1. One exhaust fan in the toilet will be helpful. 2. "The location and breakfast were amazing. One thing to be aware of is that there is a big construction site happening across the street and they begin working at 7am and finish around 5:30. We were gone most of the day and woke up relatively early so it didn’t bother me that much. The beds is super comfortable and so are the pillows. The staff go above and beyond and made my wife several extra Lattes in the morning."

"Excellent stay with the most accommodating and helpful staff who went out of their way to make us feel at home. We were greeted with refreshments every evening and our beds were made comfortable nightly with hot water bottles making us sleep better than at home. "I had a pleasant stay. The location was perfect. Very central location in Sea Point. Always felt safe. Some restaurants and convenience stores are nearby. The employees were attentive and helpful. I came to run the Sanlam Cape Town Marathon and it was walking distance to the stadium and start/finish line. I would stay there again. It’s close enough to get to meeting points for various tours."
