"Staff is friendly at concierge"

"Hotel was lovely, clean, tidy and room was well kept. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We couldn't fault the hotel and the breakfast. The area where it is located was a little bit of a shock and an eye opener!"

"Very convenient and clean hotel , literally 2 minutes walk to main Eurostar train station. I would recommend to business and leisure travellers"

"Good location"

"Good"

"I had a very pleasant stay of six nights here. The room newly renovated and had all the necessities of a longer stay including a fully equipped kitchenette. The highlight for me was the rain shower with good volume and hot water. The bed mattress was a bit thin and low.The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. Overall good experience and close to metro. "
