"We moved to this hotel after our original booking was horrid. The staff were amazing here and went the extra mile for our honeymoon. We booked a non smoking room, but the room smelt like a cigarette - the staff were super quick to change us into a fresh room when I hadn’t even asked! They were great. Location was also perfect, with all the touristy things being 10-15 mins away. Thank you again to the team for everything!"

"The place is really good just have one problem they charge me 6$ for a cup of tea cant get over it"

"When we were in the breakfast room, the milk was cold, one of the workers inside the kitchen with the white chef's hat accidently noticed later he personally brought us hot milk. It was so nice"

"I recommend this hotel to stay in."

"The first night was noisy, and the bed was uncomfortable. However, the receptionist kindly changed my room for the second night. Also, some of the bathroom tiles were coming loose and lifting off the floor."

"It was a pity that at the description it said that it was possible to swim at the other place and there wasn't info about extra costs. But when I arrived there the hotel didn't pay for that or didn't make an effort to arrange a free swim. Although the info on Expedia was not right. That was a pity. And the toilet was not flushing and the shower water was coming out of the shower inside the room. The taxi driver they called to bring me to the airport was very late."

"The location of the property was ideal for our visit. Right at the Square and walking distance to the metro & bus stations. Plenty of restaurants & eateries to choose from. The room could do with a more thorough/deep cleaning. The drainage in the shower took time to suck up water so there was always water piling up when showering. Very helpful guest services agent."

"Superbe belle hôtel et service irréprochable 🙂"
