"A really nice lady runs this property. It's just a few mins from the coast road and includes parking. There are bars and shops within walking distance snd easy to get to by road as we did.
It's clean and comfortable..we had the corner room upstairs and you can see the sea from the balcony."

"This new place is a welcome discovery, perfectly positioned just a hundred metres or so from the Newmarket Train Station (direct CRL into the city) and also the Newmarket shopping district with Westfield, cafés etc. The rooms are very nicely appointed, the bed linen of excellent quality and the general ambience very pleasant. "The room was nice and clean, although there was really loud construction work going on outside that started very early in the morning waking us up each day. Would have been nice to be warned beforehand.
The staff at reception were very nice and helpful.
Breakfast was very disappointing - over an hour before breakfast was due to finish over half of the food stations were empty and never replenished, so there wasn’t much on offer. The staff never replaced any of the empty items."
