"All of the staff here are outstanding ! The club room guys were particularly impressive ! It was also great having an airport shuttle ! That doesn’t happen all the time in Europe! "We had room with a shared bathroom. The caulking in the tub needed to be replaced as sections were black. Otherwise, the bathroom was fine. The carpeting in the hallways needs a good cleaning. The room itself was clean and fine. The host was attentive and available. If the cleanliness items are taken care of, I would rate 4 stars."
