"This property is beautiful and so was our suite. We got off season rates, so truly cannot complain. My only suggestion to the hotel would be to be more prepared for emergencies. The power in the county went out for 2 hours and we were kind of stuck at the highest floor with no way to get any help except by calling via cell phone with whatever charge was left. "It’s a beautiful, quiet and clean hotel. The entire staff is friendly, happy and helpful. The concierges, Mark and Steve, are exceptional. They were helpful before our arrival and enjoyable and informative during our stay… very nice to see people enjoy their jobs. Umbrellas were available during those rainy moments…greatly appreciated. "I love staying at Hampton Inn - usually I choose them when traveling. This location was beautiful (recently remolded). The ONLY negative is the air conditioner was extremely loud (tv had to be turned up) and a high pitched whirl (headache inducing). When asked about it, they said all the rooms sound like it. I left early because of it. "
