Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different. Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house. Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented. "I drove all the way up there for over four hours checked my emails to get the confirmation to get in then I see an email to say it had been cancelled as it was a mistake very disappointing indeed and lost out on money as I had to find somewhere late and had to pay more money and drive for a further 45 mins so absolutely shocking way to deal with people"
