  • Large villa turned towards nature, in the middle of cicadas and pines. You will have a large terrace overlooking the swimming pool (17m by 7m) overlooking the pine forest. You will be able to admire the panorama, the view of the Canigou and the surrounding villages. You will enjoy the song of the cicadas and the scent of the pines. The serene atmosphere of the interior will invite you to rest and relaxation without forgetting conviviality. For your getaways, the beaches are 17 minutes away, the Spanish border 35 minutes away and Perpignan 17 minutes away.

    We offer the following options:
    - Linen option, which we charge 170€
    - Heated pool option, which we charge 300€, for this option please let us know in advance as we have to start heating the pool a week before the start of your stay.

    The option will be paid on the day of your arrival.

Maison conforme aux photos, même si l'environnement a évolué suite au passage d'une tempête qui a couché une multitude d'arbres. La vue est de ce fait magnifique sur la plaine Perpignanaise, la mer, l'étang de Leucate et le Canigou. Excellent accueil de Jean-Marc aux conseils précieux. Maison très confortable où il ne manque rien pour passer d'excellents moments. Calme et quiétude règnent. Piscine de belle taille, très agréable. Les excursions diverses entre mer et montagne, sont facilement accessibles à partir du domaine. En résumé, excellent séjour avec un temps magnifique.

Great house with lots of space in a nice area

We stayed in the house with two families, had a great time there with a big pool. We hat a very good communikation with the landlord in French.

Belle villa avec clim réglable dans chaque pièce. Vue superbe.Par contre, piscine non entretenue avec des traces d'algues vertes.J'ai pris l'option "piscine chauffée" mais à l'arrivée l'eau était fraîche (pas de thermomètre pour vérifier la température ". En résumé, mieux vaut ne pas prendre cette option.Merci à Jean Marc pour son accueil et son écoute.

A great place with a beautiful view

We spend a week with children and grandchildren in this beautiful villa with large pool. It was more beautiful than the pictures, everything we needed was there. Fine beach at Le Barcares and the lovely city of Perpignan nearby. We had a lovely time

Mooi huis, lekker rustige omgeving, heeft alles wat je nodig hebt

Verblijf was fijn, genoeg kamers zitplekken en een fijn zwembad, er was zelfs een jeu de boulebaan!!

Rustig en mooi uitzicht

We hebben genoten van de privacy en de rust, mooi zwembad en terras met uitstekende bbq. Binnen ook alles in orde met moderne keuken en sanitair en goeie airco. Gelegen in een wijk op het einde van de straat als laatste huis, in de dennenbossen, met mooi zicht op de omliggende bergtoppen, op een kwartiertje van Perpignan.

Top, rien à redire !

Il n’y a rien à redire. Superbe villa, nous n’avons manqué de rien, tout est fait pour passer une semaine de vacances très reposantes. Cuisine plus que bien équipée, la climatisation dans chaque chambre est un vrai bonheur. La terrasse ainsi que l’espace piscine est parfait. Le terrain de pétanque venant compléter l’installation nous a fait passer de superbes soirées. Je recommande et nous gardons l’adresse. Merci à Jean-Marc pour son accueil.

Airco was stuk, kwam kwalijke geur uit (schimmel), keuken was amper genoeg voor 12 personen, uitzicht en zwembad maakten veel goed maar toch voor deze prijs hadden we meer verwacht, we dachten fietsen te hebben ,helaas.

Het huis zelf vertoonde meerdere gebreken, deuren die niet dicht kunnen waardoor deze continu klapperen als het waait/ramen die niet op tochtstand kunnen/electriciteit die meerdere keren uitvalt/koelkast die ineens gaat vriesen waardoor we inhoud konden weggooien. Het is een behoorlijk beedag wat er wordt gevraagd maar dit is veel te hoog met huizen die we eerder hebben gehuurd

RIVESALTES

A notre arrivée, la piscine avait des grandes traces d'algues vertes et malgré notre demande, elle est restée partiellement verte pendant toute la première semaine. C'est dommage. Nous avions fait le choix de payer la prestation pour chauffer la piscine mais comme il n'y a aucun moyen de couverture, la température n'a pas dépassée les 21° la deuxième de semaine. Grande maison sympathique mais seulement 2 WC pour 12 personnes. Certains équipements sont défectueux ou de mauvaise qualité (abattant wc défectueux, fer à repasser bas de gamme)

Superbe Séjour !

Très bonne expérience dans un Domaine très agréable. Accueil aux petits soins et très bons contacts sur place. Beaucoup d’activités à faire à environ 30min de voiture. Merci à Olivier, Rosy et Jacky pour le séjour !
