Costa Bahia Hotel Paseo Caribe
Staff were friendly and attentive. Room was clean enough, but not enough bedding. There were pillowcases on all, but only a bottom sheet on each bed and a thin cover that was a bit rough and scratchy. Hotel is older and shows its age.

Booked the one night through a 3rd Party site, and on my charges was a cleaning fee. Then a few days after I was asked to give another email address for an invoice to provide another credit card. ESJ Beach Hotel
This was an unacceptable experience. Check in was at 4 and the room was not ready until 5. We were then provided keys that did not work and did not have a remote to control the air. I had to go down to the office three times which wasted slot of our vacation time and I was late to a scheduled dinner. ...
