The staff are very nice and accomodating. The hotel room is clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet has many options. Highly recommended.

Lobby is a beautiful space - very luxurious. Bedroom furniture is a little outdated, but still very nice, with an updated bathroom and all very clean and comfy. All staff that we encountered were very kind and would definitely stay here again if in the area. The location is right in the middle of everything and directly across the street from Union Station - a super easy connection to the airport.
