"Best in tiger hill"

"A bit rough and rugged. Staff were helpful with tours etc. Ordered food from the hotel and it took over an hour to come and wasn’t hot. Location not great, need to get tuktuk most places as no uber. Wasn’t the most comfortable place. "

"Room was spacious and clean, Food was tasty Chef is excellent, Breakfast was good, can do with a bit more bfast options and Variety. Staff are attentive and hospitable, great customer service. Property is well maintained and peaceful Perfect Stay, Cant complain about anything it was fantastic, Cant wait to be back to Ooty soon!"

"This small hotel was delightful. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. I had a room with a balcony where I could sit and enjoy the view of the town and have some cool fresh air. I mustn't forget to mention the food! It was prepared freshly and so delicious. The dahl became my addiction but everything was so good. ❤️"

"Breakfast was really fresh and staff were very friendly and great hospitality "

"Not value for money not clean and not displain"

"The stay is good luxurious experience for a budget price. The staff is very supportive as well. I would recommend this stay to everyone. It is very close to the city centre as well"

Also, one thing is that the restaurant is inside the hotel, and breakfast starts at 8.30 am not sharp."

"The one that attracted me is their cleanliness and friendly staff. The customer service is excellent. The vicinity is beautiful and easily accessible from city. Must stay. Decent price. They have dine in restaurant also."

"Disappointing Experience – 2/5 Stars I stayed at Sterling Elk Hill from 21st October to 24th October, and unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. I would rate my stay 2 out of 5 stars. Room service was extremely slow. I had to call multiple times for assistance and faced this issue on more than five occasions. Such delays are unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. The checkout experience was equally frustrating. I waited for around 40 minutes for someone to collect our...
