"Great location and clean rooms. Our room was a bit older and it had a musty smell, prob humidity. Bfas was ok... you can hear all noise from hallway and other rooms..."

Breakfast was just ok, the attendant was bellowing some awful song so many places to pick this is not it......"

"I had a big complaint, one night a had a broking window on my truck and nobody help me plus they never went to my room and told me that I had a broking window i knew when I was leaving😡that is so sad from your behalf, you need to have better security on your property I hope that can resolved the problem need to be gated all the hotel not only for few cars need to take care to the people that book in your property keep better service!!!!"

"Pool needed to be cleaned, TV wasn’t working, Maintenance said we didn’t know how to use it. We did. It wasn’t working, but when we went into the room when he was there, he started getting upset at us. Complaining about other maintenance issues from other guests. Very unprofessional. We also had to walk 4 flights of stairs when we checked out because the lights went out. Only one elevator and the one that was available would shake. We have stayed there three times. This will be the last time."
