"Great staff and so clean and modern!"

"Have to say how pleasantly surprised I was. Don’t judge a book by its cover. The room was very clean with everything I needed. I was even given a courtesy call after I had checked in and had been in the room for a bit, to ask if there was anything I needed. From the check in to check out, nothing but positives. I would highly recommend this hidden gem and will definitely stay there if the need arises."

"Loved the breakfast and the staff doing it were so kind when I lost my phone to find it. Place is well maintained and rooms are nice!"

"The place was very nice except the pool was decent but it had a lot of sharp edges on the tiles. My kids had a few small cuts on their feet and skin from the tile edges on the side and bottom of the pool. The breakfast was much better that expected with a nice pancake machine, eggs, sausage, and coffee and there was plenty of seating even at really busy times. It was also nice to be close to the train station. If it wasn't for the pool maintenance, would have been a 5/5"

"Check in was quick, the staff were very friendly, the room was clean and the breakfast was good. The location was convenient as we just turned right out of the parking lot and were on the road to Banff."

"Very nice experience, had a great time."

"Place was never cleaned, pull back sheets and hair everywhere, ( I slept on the couch) clumps of hair in the living room, hair in tub and bathroom, brown stains on kitchen floor (I'm hoping it was chocolate). Response from management "OH, that's terrible".....I would never stay there again!"

"On the last night a water main broke no water for 20hrs however they refunded the one night when it broke Staff was friendly Breakfast is included"

"Clean and comfortable. Communucation was clear as well as instructions. 10 min easy level walk to LRT/train station to access different parts of Calgary. Excellent overall."

"V good experience"

"Près de tout, bon service, très propre et excellent petit déjeuner !"

"Hard to find light switch when entering room late at night, dark hallway. Not on wall just inside door. But room was clean and also reasonably quiet."

"Excellent location downtown, clean and well maintained. Room and bathroom were large. Garage (paid) parking was a good option to have."
