"Second time staying here and couldn’t complain. Very convenient being able to dock boat in front of where you are staying. Everyone is always very friends and the restaurant is good too. "

"Bryan is the perfect host. Very open with communication and quick to respond. The property is exactly what was described. We were 6 adults and an infant. Lots of room and very clean. The beach and pool area were basically private only to us. Very enjoyable I strongly recommend this location for a quiet get away. This was our first visit to Freeport, the people and island are lovely. great food and entertainment."

"The property was sufficient for my purposes. However, the pictures are not accurate as far as the view of the ocean. When you look directly outside you are looking at another condo. You have to step outside on the balcony and then look over to the left in order to see the ocean. ... So people wanting a true ocean view This would not be the property for that. The communication with the owner was delayed most of the time. Also, it would have been good to know that once you renewed your stay there...

"I cannot say enough good things about this house. We really enjoyed staying on the property. It is extremely clean and has everything you need. The view and location is spectacular. Shakera, Michelle and Jenna were a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend. We hope to be back someday."

The common areas and gardens are beautifully maintained. The pool was fantastic. Make sure to go to La Roc (restaurant on premises) for great food, drinks and live music. "

"Family of all ages had the most wonderful time. Huge house with everything you could need. What’s best: the location. Start and end your day on the ocean view porch. Take a walk up and down the beach. Go from private beach walk, up to the Banana Bay restaurant…eat, drink, swim, relax. Dave and Yvounger are the best hosts we have ever dealt with. Communication was prompt and overly helpful with getting us prepared for our stay. Yvounger met us at the car rental and brought us back to the...

"Perfect property for boys fishing trip. Super clean, owner is very responsive and willing to help any way he can. Definitely going back…only negative was no pool otherwise I would definitely bring my wife. "

"Wow! What an amazing place. We had a party of 6 and came to fish for the week. It was nice to be able to pull the boat right to the dock and have a workstation there to clean and rinse the day's catch. It was a great location to hit the ocean through the short canal. We didn't have to go far to dive for lobster, conch, and fish for various species. The house is spacious and gives everyone their own little space if needed and makes cooking/grilling nice to have everyone move about and not on top...

"Fantastic property, we had a group of 10 guys, two boats, worked out great being very close to the inlet and nice calm canal to dock the boats. The main house was very spacious and well appointed, as well as the annex and canal house. Would definitely stay again, the versatility of being able to choose 4, 5 or 8 bedrooms really worked out for us. "

"Villia Lucaya was absolutely AMAZING! From check-in to checkout, Lisa was there with all questions and request. We took our 34’ boat and had plenty of room for at least two more boats. We snorkeled in the canal, watched the sea turtles all day and loved the pool and game room when we weren’t on the boat. We stayed almost two weeks and plan to stay longer next time. "
