Definitivamente no era lo que esperaba ver EN ese hotel! Pero quede encantadisima con el cuarto , me encantó en un nivel Dios! El staff muy amable 100/100! El aire de cuarto perfecto! El baño hermoso el cuarto oloroso! El piso impecable, estuve alojada en el cuarto #123😍 es pequeño pero HERMOSOOOOO!!! Solo que da a la avenida escuchas carro y personas pasando pero importa el cuarto no te deja preocuparte por el ruido de afuera. AME EL HOTEL! NO FUI AL BAR NI AREA DE LA PISCINA PERO CN LO DEMAS TOTALMENTE ENAMORADA!!!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the service to be friendly. However, we believe the hotel’s menu could be improved significantly. Both the food at Caña and the room service meals felt very heavy and greasy. Several dishes were also quite dry, and there was not much variety. We would have appreciated more fresh, lighter, and healthier options. For a hotel of this level, a more balanced and diverse food selection would greatly improve the guest experience.

Highly Disappointing—Intense Nighttime Noise, No Facilities none ,and Unsafe for Families no staff on site. I was deeply disappointed with my recent stay at THE BUOY. My biggest issue was the constant, loud traffic noise that lasted all night, making it absolutely impossible to get a good night's rest. The property itself is just a small residential house renting out individual rooms, completely lacking standard hotel amenities. There is no pool, fitness center, or any other facility on-site. There is also no on-site staff and no secure parking. The surrounding location feels sketchy and uninviting, forcing me to park my rental car out on the street, which left me feeling highly uneasy about its security. To add to the discomfort, the bathroom inside the room was incredibly cramped and small. This environment is completely unsuitable for families. It seems geared strictly toward single, young budget travelers who do not mind heavy street noise, zero amenities, and a basic, self-service setup. I will definitely not be returning and strongly recommend that families book a traditional resort elsewhere instead. Be sure to wash dishes on your way out.
