The back yard was well kept and we saw rabbits and birds in the morning. Very charming. One tip for the ladies, the bathroom area is not lit very well. "This was a perfect house for our group of 7 friends, the layout was great. We enjoyed our stay. The cleanliness missed the mark on a few things (towels looked older and kitchen sponge was old and a few cob webs but nothing that was a deal breaker) but overall it was a great house for our girls trip"

"We arrived in the mid afternoon on Friday. The housekeeper was still finishing some laundry, but she was very helpful with suggestions about how to find places. She also corrected a couple of difficulties with bathroom lighting.We were a little disappointed in the condition of the barbecue. But we succeeded in cooking a tri-tip for dinner. this the thermostat keep resetting to 50 or 55. We kept changing to 70 or 75 to avoid being chilled. We were not able to figure out how to reset the...

"Gorgeous, isolated chateau surrounded by Lodi Wine country. Home was large, spacious, and immaculate. Well appointed home even with separate wine and champagne glasses!! Dream kitchen, and even in the bunk-room there were high end memory foam beds. Backyard was spectacular with poor, spa, and pickleball court all in good working order. Fire pit and covered al-fresco dining area were bonuses! Among the best places I have stayed, and I have rented >20 homes over the last few years…."

Richard kept in contact with me and even set the temperature to our liking prior to our arrival!! We locked ourselves out once and he responded right away, we only waited maybe 5 minutes.
