  • Red Rock Ranch Cabin in Escalante, Utah, is fully furnished with dishes, cutlery, appliances, entertainment center, and more, and ready for relaxation. Escalante is the Gateway town to Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument. Situated on historic Highway 12, between Bryce Canyon (45 min drive) and Capitol Reef National Parks (1 hr drive).

    Master Bedroom on main level has a Queen bed, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms on upper level have queen beds, 4th bedroom in the basement has 2 bunk bed sets, twin over twin, 5th bedroom in basement has a full bed.
    This spacious, non-smoking/non-vaping, 2,700 square foot log home has five bedrooms, sleeps 12; 12 person maximum overnight occupancy. Has three and one-half bathrooms. It boasts a fully furnished kitchen with a large dining area that seats 12. No Pets Allowed.

We keep coming back!

We love this cabin, I think it’s our fourth time! We often spend the Thanksgiving holiday hiking around Escalate, and this is the perfect place to stay. Great kitchen, roomy table, granite countertop… Our kids and grandkids love this place!

Amazing! With Great Kitchen!

This was a dream VRBO. A beautiful cabin, clean, well decorated, and comfortable, with a flow that made sense. It had a fantastic kitchen and was actually able to accommodate the number of people it said it could. We have it saved for the next time we're down near Escalante.

This was the perfect location for grand Escalante staircase hiking. Set up was great for three couples in our 40s-60s. We loved it!

Spring Jamboree

Thr property was very clean and furnished nicely. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for parking atv trailers which was great for us. Overall our experience was very good. I highly recommend the Red Rock Ranch for your place to stay

Lovely cabin in Escalante

The Red Rock Ranch was a perfect place for us to gather with family and as a base for desert fun. We had grandparents, parents, and kids and everyone had a comfortable place to be. The rooms and dens/living rooms were all comfortable and spacious. The home was well stocked with everything you need. The porch and outdoor areas were lovely. We highly recommend this rental and will plan to stay here again the next time we gather as a family in Escalante!

Charming Cabin

Pictures do not do this home justice. Location was perfect for our friend group to enjoy what Escalante has to offer, and come back to this charming cabin to relax. It had everything we could possible need and then some. Plenty of space. Check in was simple. We will definately be back! Highly recommend.

The photograph shouldering the house was deceiving. There were neighbors and not only that but very poorly architecture. If somebody was upstairs you could hear every noise they make. The chairs in the living room and around the dining room were super uncomfortable, no cushions anywhere. More other things but I do not waste time

Lots of space

Everything was great. I did reach out to the host and it took a few days to get a response. Once we got to the house we saw a sheet that said alcohol free property. Which wasn’t in the listing so that was confusing. We wish there were more pictures of the outside. It is surprisingly nice and was our favorite place to sit out and relax. Their next door neighbor had a dog that just stay outside the entire time. And would come beg for food in the pouch. That wasn’t fun. Kitchen has everything you need and more. Hated having to take the trash to the dump. Felt that should t be our problem.

Best Home in Escalante

We love staying at the Red Rock Ranch. It is clean, comfortable and great location to all of the wonders of Escalante. We had 8 adults on our trip. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Nice kitchen with big family dinner table. We hope to visit again soon.

Excellent for three couples

We very much enjoyed our stay. Loved the wrap-around deck. As noted by others, kitchen is exquisitely stocked with dishes, pots and pans, flatware, etc. The only exception was glassware—we would have appreciated wine glasses, or any glasses, for that matter—we ended up using plastic cups for wine or cocktails. We stayed home and cooked every night—kitchen is well set up for group cooking. Living area was spacious, couch was very comfy (we did not love the wooden chairs/benches, but made do). There was a slight odor in the basement, but not impossible. On the whole, highly recommended, and would return.
