"House is set up nicely to encompass both small and larger groups. Diff areas for the kids to chill out in. Kitchen living lounge area is welcoming and heated with a heat pump. Dry room also available for those avid outdoors peeps.Location is an easy stroll into town. Would highly recommend this property!"

"The house was great, we stayed so my husband and brother in law could do the Tongariro Crossing. We all stayed including the kids and there was plenty of room and had everything we needed. John was great allowing a super late checkout for us also. The housr was clean and tidy. Perfect property for our stay and family numbers. Would highly recommend this property "

"A perfect, cozy little chalet that the whole family loved. Excellent communications with the owner, and a clean, well maintained and cared for little chalet. Within two minutes of arriving the kids voted it the best Bach ever! Really hope to go back!"

"We enjoyed our short visit in this cozy little house. It is obvious that it is owned and loved by someone, not just a rental property. Lots of nice personal touches throughout. We weren’t there for very long but had everything we needed. Lovely place. "

"Stayed for just one night in this lovely, character-filled home to watch our daughter run the Tongariro Goat the next day (usually stay for two nights but unfortunately couldn't this time).What a great place! So much character, great open plan living area, plenty of sleeping space with comfy beds and a lovely setting. Definitely want to come back and enjoy the place more fully, including the hot tub!Sienna was fantastic to deal with.Many thanks ."

"Really nice spot in nature, clean and tidy house. David was super helpful and quick to respond to any questions.One thing would be another rental nearby so not completely secluded but we barely saw them so not a real issue at all!"
