It is in a charming 33m2 cocoon nestled under the roofs of Erquy that we invite you to stay with 4 people. Located on the courtyard side, in a peaceful setting, you will be immediately seduced by the luminosity and sea view from the balcony of this apartment on the 2nd floor of its residence. Its sloped ceilings and mezzanine will give you the feeling of finding yourself in a truly cosy little nest.



You will then enter a beautiful kitchen, living room and dining room space, bathed in light thanks to its large bay window, which invites you to enjoy the balcony.

You can immediately imagine yourself having breakfast there whilst looking out at the sea, or comfortably settled in a sun lounger to get your fill of vitamin D!

The kitchen area has 2 induction hobs, a fridge, a microwave, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso machine, and a kettle. Just next to it, the dining room space welcomes you for good meals around its extendable round table. Then, the lounge with its sofa and TV corner to finish the evening calmly.



Upon entering, you will discover a first bedroom in white and wood tones, bright thanks to its roof window. Its double bed has drawer storage, in addition to the wardrobe.

Opposite, you will find the bathroom with shower, a hair dryer and washing machine.

Finally, two other travellers can rest in the double bed which is hidden above the living area, in a white and warm mezzanine, for a beautiful awakening (ideal for 2 children or 2 teenagers).

A bike storage area that can accommodate 4 bicycles is also at your disposal.

Famous for its cape, but also its 10 fine sandy beaches lined with pine trees that stretch over 15 km, you will find water sports, beach activities, sporting activities (Bluegreen Golf at Pléneuf Val André 8.5km away) and magnificent hikes on the GR 34.

Lovers of historic architecture will appreciate the charm of the town, as well as Bienassis castle 7km away. Erquy does not lack good restaurants! It is one of the largest fishing ports for scallops.
