"The hotel was alright but we had no water for part of the day. We arrived late on a flight and it was frustrating to rush and get ready in the morning before they shut off the water. It looked like there was leak being repaired"

"Breakfast had good variety. Not sure why turkey bacon and not regular bacon though, at least have both options. Hor fresh waffles was amazing! Why hide the expresso machine for breakfast only? Breakfast closed off too early, should be at least 10am not 930. Rooms were clean. Pool was nice and clean. Lots of towels by the pool. Nice tvs by the common area to watch games and hang out. Bonus to have a resturant in the same parking lot. Should not have to pay for parking. Overall great stay, clean...

"The staff was very friendly,and the room was very well maintained. I found it to be a huge problem that they did not have stairs available and guests could only use the elevators. There was a concert and everyone got back to the hotel at the same time. Two of the three elevators broke so we were stuck waiting in a huge line. The staff did take groups up via the service elevator but it would have been more convenient to let people take the stairs. To be clear there were emergency stairs, but...

But there was other customers, so I let the guy give me another room. I opened the room my husband went into the bathroom I checked the bed and there was bed bug feces all over the corners of the mattress no mattress cover and dead bugs so I ran out screaming to the front desk and ask for a refund then...

"We were staying there because we had a wedding venue close to the hotel. Upon returning for the night. We found water and an ice bucket waiting for us. As well on checking in a small cake with fruit berries. "

"Staff were friendly. Room decor on 3rd floor was very interesting, whoever the interior decorator was, needs to find a new career. Bed was comfortable, had a great sleep. Hairs in bathtub. Didnt use it. Nice that breakfast is included but the scrambled eggs were wet, cold, and did not taste like eggs. No bacon, only sausage. Very poor breakfast selections. Did not use the pool or gym but they looked ok, not big. Good place to stay for 1 night, just passing through."
