"We had a good overall experience at this cabin/cottage. The place was clean, comfortable, and matched my expectations for the price. Check-in and communication with the host were smooth and hassle-free. The location was cool, kind of on a peninsula, and had everything we needed for our stay. Bathroom was tight but functional. It was close enough to what we wanted to do. We did not utilize the water at all but it was nice viewing the lake in our downtime. I would stay here again. "

"The property was clean, quiet, and bug free on the inside. It was definitely Michigan weather. Air conditioning in the morning and heat at night. Lol. The lake was pretty and the loons were singing at night and in the morning. At night you havr a great view of the northern sky. No dark sky park needed. Firewood and charcoal seemed to be provided, which was a really nice amenity. It was a short trip so sadly we didn't use any of it. Next time we'll come for a week. Rent cabin 7 if you want a dock...

"Nice secluded beach with lots of nature; the stair down to the beach is steep. Fun swimming beaches and attractions nearby. A bit of highway noise since the house is right off the main road with lots of semis, but also easy access. The metal bunk beds were too squeaky and hard for sleeping. The house had most of the basic kitchen tools we needed (there is now a can opener) and it was clean."

"Easy access to Every where we wanted to go. Minutes from Garlyn zoo, St. Ignace, Ferry’s to Mackinaw Island. Short drive to Tahquamenon Falls and Pictured Rock. House was perfect for my wife and myself. "

"This property was clean and better even than the pictures! My complaint was the water quality. Definitely bring your own drinking water. "

"Great place to stay in the U.P. About 20ish minutes from st ignace which was nice because we spent a day on Mackinac Island. Very peaceful and relaxing area. My kids loved the paddle boat. Plenty of space for our family of 4. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The property was older but very clean! It was definitely on the lower end of the price range for the area! The kitchen was well equipped with enough kitchen supplies for making meals! The only problem we had was a bit of a musty smell which didn’t seem to bother us after a few hours of getting used to it! We loved the location and the restaurant close by (Buckhorn). We would definitely stay there again!"

"Wonderful stay with gracious hosts who were excellent with communication. The house was clean and perfect for our toddler. Not only were there toys for him to play with, but the added bonus of cups, plates, and silverware for him and his cousin made the trip that much easier for family dinners. There were plenty of chairs inside and out for campfires and family dinners and it made it a great gathering spot for other family members who stayed in St. Ignace to come and enjoy an evening. Perfect...
