"The lady who checked us in was very rude. Our room was not ready at check in time, so our “Mountain View” room that I paid extra for ended up on the second floor and was mostly a view of the trees in the parking lot."

"This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. I like all the decor. It's modern & beautiful. There's a good size parking lot. Depending on how you come into the city you have to go through several of the other businesses parking lots to get into the hotel. We didn't make it to the breakfast so I can't comment on it. I also like that it's located close to a large amount of restaurants. We will be staying here again."

"Overall very good! There wasn’t anything overall that I disliked about the room. It was cozy and convenient! I was hoping for more of a view of the mountain but that was poor planning on my party. The breakfast was delicious, i enjoyed how they served the food instead of a complete buffet. Would stay here again!"

"Hallways dark and narrow and dirty. Lots of stains on carpets. Room was very small, and no towels were provided. Pool room was run down with a handful of mis-matching chairs in poor condition. No towels available at all for the kids when they got out of the pool. There was a room with incessant dog barking for hours that the police finally took care of. Loud teenagers playing games in the hallways until midnight. Front desk lady was super annoyed when I asked for towels, and when I asked her if...

"You’d think there’d be communication regarding the state of the hotel prior to check-in, but there wasn’t. The same $ rate each day, with limited amenities and construction all day. The pool, hot tub, gym, restaurant and bar were closed, and half the elevators were out of service. The breakfast was out of stuff each day. The sinks in the bathrooms stopped working, exits were closed, the towels smelled weird, the sheets smelled like cigarettes. Also, you have to pay $15 a day to park at the...

"John at the front desk was very nice and helpful when I asked where a good place to eat was in the area. he gave me several options. It really helped. I like to to get the opinion of people who live where i stay. you get the best options that way."
