"The host was very accommodating, truly a nice guy and was always available whenever we needed anything. A few things to know for future guests: you get one towel each, so if you’re staying longer, you’ll need to do laundry and bring or buy detergent. There are no dish towels, but the owner does provide paper towels.There are only a few cooking pans and bowls, but if you ask the host, I’m sure he’ll get you whatever you need. "Incredible! Perfection location to stay in paradise! Just steps from the beautiful beach where we could walk to swim, snorkel and surf. The home had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. The hosts were kind and responsive. Highly recommend! "We had a great time and the location was perfect for walking to the beach and resturants. The house was spotless and had plenty of room for our family of 6! The pool and the decks were pefect for relaxing outside. We would come back to the house again! Thanks for having us!"

"Excellent experience all around! Rafael is a pro! He was very responsive before and throughout our stay. The property was absolutely beautiful and had anything a guest would need. Rafael has thought of every detail and has given me some great ideas I will be incorporating in my short term rental property. The location is the best in Rincón. If you want to be close to beautiful sandy beaches(directly across the street), a short drive to surfing beaches and short drive or walk to town center...
