"Our host was great. After a snowstorm, Theresa sent someone over to shovel the driveway so we could get out. I appreciated that so much. She was very attentive to any questions and responded very quickly. We were in the area during a very cold spell, but the house was very cozy and comfortable."

"The apartment is convenient to restaurants on 5th St in the Oregon District. It is walking distance to the main branch of the Dayton Metro Library and other downtown spots, including more restaurants. We also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, enjoying the architects and gardens. The owner has done a great job improving an apartment in an older building.
