"Parking and. Breakfast were fine but shower and cleanliness were terrible. Staff at front desk new and untrained. Water pressure at shower was low. Difficulty washing soap off of body. Shower head had terrible mold and lime build up. . Drain for shower as clogged and bathtub fills up during shower. Front desk person not knowledgeable of room locations. Very unhappy. Thought Hampton had universal reputation of excellence but no more. Will never stay here again. Doubt I can ever stay at...

"I never stayed. The hotel was dirty. I was sent to a room that was dirty and had not been cleaned. Hallway carpet stained. The lobby didn't have air conditioning on. Had to wait for 5 to 10 minutes before the desk clerk arrived to the desk. They had a bell on the front desk counter for you to ring if you needed service. There was another guest waiting in the lobby also for the clerk, they had issues also. After going to the room that was dirty and saw the condition of the property i went back...

"Clean room… family friendly studios. Bath soaps weren’t previously topped off so didn’t have any body wash. Had booked a room with a tub but got a shower instead. Breakfast was nothing to brag about but was warm and yummy."

"I wasn't aware of the 2 pet limit at this specific Motel 6. I have 3 Maltese pups under 10 lbs each. I asked to have a room close to the parking lot. He put me across the courtyard. My dogs were barking in the car. I took some things to the room. Indian Nick looked in my car. He stopped me and wanted me to pay an additional pet fee. It was 11 pm and I had been driving All day.
