"Not a lot to choose from for breakfast. Coffee wasn’t very good, with styrofoam cups with flimsy lids. The maid knocked on our door early morning. The staff person checking us in made a derogatory remark after looking at my drivers license about Californian’s. "

"We went on a 10-day road trip and the Hampton hotels we stayed at were our favorites. As a family of 6 with 4 kids, the rooms at the Hampton hotels we stayed at were the best. There is a lot of room and the ability to log in to our Disney plus account was a huge plus for us as well. The pools were clean and the facilities as a whole were clean and we were comfortable."

"Great location next to the Big Texan. Can easily walk over to it. The hotel has a decent free breakfast offered. We did spill some water on the floor in our room when we wiped it up, the floor obviously hadn’t been mopped very well or was mopped with dirty water. The towel was way dirtier than I would’ve expected. Nothing too crazy. Only reason I have a 4 star on cleanliness. Rest of the room a facility was well taken care of. "

"The tv never worked had to call every time to get it to work. Breakfast was not edable and i have to sleep in the day cuz i work nights. The noise of hammering and drilling never stopped. At 10 am i had house keeping knocking to clean the room. Check out is not tell 11. No shampoo no conditioner. I was so tired. After this stay. Not again "

"Upon our arrival, the property looked beautiful, relaxing and fun for the kids. We chose this hotel because of the pool. We rented a one bedroom suite, it was cute and very roomy! After getting situated our 16 month old 25 lb baby reached over to the night stand and the entire piece fell from the wall, and he fell off the bed with it. The lady at the front was wonderful in getting us transferred to another room, thankfully they had the room. We went to the pool in the morning and as I was...

"The room was great! Bed was very comfortable and the linens were very nice. Parking was tight, but we were in a big truck. Ice macine wasn't working, but staff gave us ice from the office. Very accomodating."
