Few croissants and drinks in fridge for you + porridge sachets (so kind - thank you). Had reached out prior to staying to ask if I could leave my luggage and had no response so losing one star because of that but their communication with access etc was top. "Great place to stay, especially with the dog. Fabulous walking right from the pod door. The pods are great, all clean, the double bed is definitely cosy but their description of the pod on the website is accurate, it is basic but they never profess to be anything else. Barbecue in front of each pod is great, we cooked supper and breakfast on it, for all you carnivores, the butcher in Fownhope is fabulous. If you just need a base to chill out in, this is absolutely perfect."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Old Fleece. The Studio apartment was lovely, spacious and had everything you could need for a few days away. A fantastic small kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave and induction hob. The staff were wonderful, happy to help in any way. We will definitely visit again."

"The apartment we stayed in was perfect for our stay as a basis to explore Gloucester and the northern Cotswolds. The docks with a choice of restaurants is in walking distance, parking for the car at the back with easy access. Beds were super comfy. Everything was clean. Perfect. We will be back! "

"Booked a couple of nights for my partners birthday, pure relaxation was needed and it was the perfect location. Was allowed to hire a hot tub, which was amazing to have with the fantastic views. Relaxing while sun was setting . Host was fabulous, helped me with all things I needed while away. Will definitely be returning! "
