This comfortable home has lots of room to spread out, with two spacious living areas plus a large covered lanai. And, with a great location just south of Myakka State Forest, this is the quiet getaway you've been looking for. Grab a cup of coffee and head outside first thing in the morning. Jump in the pool for a few laps before breakfast, then start meal prep in the full, well-equipped kitchen. Everyone can eat together at the dining table or step outside to dine alfresco.
You can easily spend the day exploring the coastline's beautiful beaches and then head home to relax in the central air-conditioning. Both seating areas offer lots of comfy couches and TVs for your entertainment needs. The evening may call for a frosty beverage out on the lanai, so you can toast your good luck at finding such a sweet retreat.

Due to Hurricane Ian, the pool cage is missing from this property. It is secured with orange netting, and the pool is unaffected. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding while we try to rebuild.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
