"I came at 10pm and they made me talk to them through a window by the front door in the cold. They wouldnt even open the lobby even though it wasnt that late and they knew i had a reservation. I got to my room and it smelled like smoke, suppose to be smokeless. It was dirty with hair on the bed. Grime in the shower and sink. Walls were visibly dirty with hand marks. They did not clean my room inbetween even though i stayed several days. I will not be going there again."

"Compared to other places I stayed, this is poor. They luck basic amenities, we on nly saw a couple of muffins as breakfast and the lady was bringing additional food items with bare hand without even a plate "

"The only positive was the lovely woman at the reception desk. But there was no pool no breakfast the bed was horrible, the lighting in the bathroom almost gave me a stroke. It felt like people were trying hard but the physical aspects of the property are terrible."

"Beautiful property with clean, comfortable rooms and some signs of aging. The small, magnifying bathroom mirror fell of the wall, this time. During my last stay, the shower wasn't draining. While the employees are nice and the atmosphere feels welcoming, it seems like they try to squeeze every last dollar from their customers: An unexplained Resort Fee is charged, as well as an early check in fee - one hour before regular check in time."

"I absolutely love how friendly the staff are. And the rooms are so nice with kitchenettes in every room! The breakfast is good and has amazing coffee. The only complaint I have is that the breakfast ends at 9AM and as a traveler, Id like to be able to sleep in a bit before breakfast. Theyre the only hotel ive been to that doesnt keep breakfast open until 11 which would be much better. Otherwise its a great place to stay!"

"Was a very mediocre experience. The slider to the bathroom was very difficult to open and close. My husband had to yank it open so I could get out. The light around the mirror was strobing so bad I thought I might have a seizure. Last was breakfast. I asked the front desk if dogs were allowed in the restaurant area, he said yes. We went in, were told to seat ourselves by the waitress who 100% saw our dog. We proceeded to wait 15 min to put in our order and then she says, you know dogs aren’t...

"I didn’t use any amenities. I was unsure about how the parking worked but I think I used the QR code posted in the lot and made payment correctly. Just didn’t understand why there were gates for entry/exit but they always had the arm up. Elevators were dated with floor surfaces in disrepair. Didn’t need room key to ascend to room floor but had that type of system in place."
