"This was a lovely very well appointed Condo. There was a strange smell in our unit, which is my only complaint. It is clean, modern well appointed has a very nice primary bedroom with attached large bathroom with walk-in closet and huge shower. The secondary bedroom was very nice and had a bathroom in the hallway. We loved our stay there. We absolutely love the hot tub as well. It was kept at maybe 103° which felt fantastic after hiking all day."

"This was the perfect place for our family. Grandpa and grandma son, daughter-in-law, daughter and son-in-law and five grandchildren. The house was immaculate absolutely perfect. Beautiful neighborhood perfect location with easy access to Zion national Park, Bryce national Park and the Grand Canyon North Rim. We had so much fun here. The bedrooms layout was absolutely perfect. Every adult couple had their own bathroom. The grandkids had their own bathrooms! Everything was spacious clean perfect...

"This lovely cottage was in the perfect location of Springdale, so close to Zion Park. We parked the car and walked everywhere, to the shuttle stop, to get coffee, the bakery, dinner, shops, etc. Cottage was exactly as shown in photos and was lovely and well stocked. Jack takes lovely care of it and it shows. Beds super comfy. We totally recommend it! "

"Incredible stay and the hosts were very responsive when in need. The biggest issue was the communication between Expedia and the property hosts. We were 3 hours from check in an no Check In instructions were sent and they would have unless I tried to contact host directly. If you can book through a more reliable source than Expedia, I’d recommend . "
