"Larchwood Motel is well located. However it is severely lacking in up-keep and maintenance. Upon entering the unit it was smelly - stale alcohol/smoke. "Finding the house driveway to the property was a nighmare..i think instructions would be helpful, as the property is on a main road but entrance is tucked away down another street and if you are unfamiliar with hamner it wasn't simple to find, I had to ask the hotel next door how to find it.Otherwise our stay was lovely, very warm house."
