"Cottage was lovely and quirky comfortable and warm, but there was a few issues, cobwebs in the bedroom table lamp in the lounge gave me an electric shock! Stairs outside need looking at as very worn out and not enough utensils pizza tray didn’t fit the small oven. The local Woodmancote pub was great for Sunday lunch and you get a 20% discount too."

"Booked for our friend's and family visit. Easy walk to Emsworth. Very well equipped and comfortable. Key collection instructions and updates were excellent. Would definitely stay again"

"This is such a beautiful house with wonderful views in gorgeous little town. It was so much more that we expected and perfect for our group. It ticks every box! We had amazing weather too, which was the cherry on top. The team at Henry Adams are super responsive and helpful - a big thank you to all. Definitely keen to return some time"

"We were excited for our stay as working mums some precious time for R&R was much anticipated. The listing on Arbo looked great … nice setting & a hot tub over looking fields was the tranquil getaway we had in mind. However When we arrived we found the hot tun had not been cleaned (like & mud & hair). Also the temperature was.not hot.The accommodation wa dirty.. cups that were dirty with lisp it marked, shower not cleaned properly & bin dirty too. Worktops also dirty. The response to get it all...

"This is a rather special and quite unique place to stay. I've long been fascinated by the Deckhouses at Emsworth, houses on stilts overlooking both Thorney island and the harbour. It completely lived up to my expectations! The view from balcony, that runs the full length of the property gives spectacular views, and the most incredible sunsets. "Firstly have to say Henry Adams staff have been amazing as due to our house sale falling through we could extend our stay no problem.
The house is in a perfect location and lovely garden for the pups, great gardener and communication with HA staff..
The home is very dated and unfortunately uncomfortable (we ordered a sofa early just to have somewhere comfortable to relax )
I didn’t feel it was cleaned very well when we arrived but that was rectified quickly!
For a long weekend it’s a good...
