"Nice location that is super close to ALB. The free shuttle was so easy to use. We dropped off our rental car, called the hotel, and they sent up the van within 10 minutes. Then, early the next morning, we came downstairs, let the front desk know we needed transport, and within 5 minutes we were on our way! Convenient location to restaurants. We did not get a chance to enjoy the breakfast, pool, or other amenities because of our travel itinerary, but I would stay there again!"

"My room with 2 Queen beds, microwave, & fridge was clean and very large. The breakfast was very good. The staff kept refilling the food. The hotel is located next to restaurants, supermarkets and Colonie Center Mall. There are local buses walking distance and a driveway if you have your own vehicle."

All the seating areas in the lobby with the sun coming in was a nice place to spend a few minutes in the morning. Breakfast was good, enough to get us through the day. We didn’t have time to use the amenities, but they looked nice. Overall, would definitely recommend a stay there."

"Extremely impressed. I travel a lot with my family and we stay at many hotels on the road. This place has excellent customer service (reminds me of Drury Inn as that is the only other hotel that has customer service on the same level). The front desk lady came outside to help us with our bags and escort us inside as we arrived at 1am. I instantly felt comfortable and safe. Room was VERY clean and comfortable (I despise hotels with sticky carpet). Breakfast was also wonderful! Highly recommend."

"If you're like me and prefer bar soap, bring your own. Breakfast is NOT included in your stay but it's amazing and reasonably priced at the on-site restaurant/bar."

"Honestly the staff here are the nicest I've ever met. Front desk, housekeeping, even the breakfast folks, better service than most 5 star hotels I've stayed at. Only issues were the bathroom door wouldn't close, no exhaust fan, and the sofa was broken. The front desk offered to move me to another room a few times but I just didn't bother, so that's on me not them."
