Come and enjoy lakefront charm in this clean, cozy condo! Located in Emmetsburg, Iowa, this 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom new rental is perfect for families, romantic getaways or a weekend of ice fishing!

Enjoy gorgeous views facing the south beach of Five Island Lake, which is Iowa's ninth largest natural lake! The lake is great for swimming, boating, kayaking or floating! This is the perfect setting, whether you're planning to use the cabin as your base camp while you explore Emmetsburg and the surrounding areas or decide to stay in, relax, and unwind.

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine on the brand new outside patio facing the lake!

Fun for all ages! Located just blocks from Soper Park, restaurants, coffee shops, the movie theatre, convenience stores, local pubs and The Shores- a popular wedding venue with a public golf course.

Feeling lucky? Try your hand at the Blackjack tables at The Wild Rose Casino. Or grab the beach chairs and towels that are provided and head across the street for a day in the sun!

This newly renovated condo comes with a kitchen, fridge, microwave, TV, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, Keurig coffee maker, outdoor grill & more! There is queen bed in each bedroom with a sofa in the living room.

We are pet-friendly but please let us know if you plan to bring yours, as we do charge an additional fee of $25 per day.

This is where the guys for my wedding party stayed. Excellent little place. Property manager picked up all phone calls right away. Nice little view of the lake and in arms reach of everything in emmetsburg

We loved our stay here. The lake is across the street and the house has everything you need to enjoy your stay! Very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Will definitely be back!!

Nice little place. The neighboorhood was quiet and nice. Keep in mind, we did not stay in peak season. The property is right across the street from the lake, public beach and park. I am sure during the summer this area is bussling with activity. Lovely area. The home was well maintained and clean. Enough amentities to make iur stay comfortable. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay in this VRBO. Location was perfect, quiet and peaceful neighborhood & beautiful view of lake. House had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable. Owner was quick to provide information and very pleasant to communicate with. We would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thank you!

Another wonderful weekend on the lake! It rained all day on Saturday, so I took the opportunity to check out Spencer and the Okaboji area for shopping, eating & a matinee movie. I slept so soundly, and was able to really relax & unwind looking out at the lake. This place has everything I need and more. Thanks Sue for being such a great hostess!

The property is nice.The view of the lake is good.It was clean and the outside patio area is nice and the gas fire pit was enjoyable. There was a couple of things that needed attention which I went ahead and fixed.Tha toilet handle in the bathroom was ready to fall off so I tightened that and the door closure on the kitchen door needed to be adjusted.Also the Kurig coffe maker says it needs to be descaled and the refrigerator says the filter needs to be replaced.We enjoyed the slow pace of Emmetsburg.

My husband and I picked a random location with a lake to take our two year old daughter and our family to paddle board and get away to enjoy our wedding anniversary! We loved the home and everything it had to offer. The check in and out process were smooth and the fire pit/grill with a view of the lake was absolutely perfect. We had the ability to launch the paddle boards right across the street and our daughter loved the “sand box” which was the beach and playground right by the house. We didn’t know anything about Emmetsburg until we arrived but the people were so kind, neighbors would stop and chat and we had perfect weather. We will definitely be back!

My daughter and I stayed in Emmetsburg for the first time. It's a cute little town. The lake access and view from the condo was amazing! The property was very clean and beds were super comfortable. Communication with the owner was great! We will definitely be back!

This property is quiet, cute and comfortable with a beautiful view of Five Island lake! We loved the outdoor space and found everything we needed in the house. We brought our bikes and enjoyed the FIT (five island trail) and cruising around the lake. This is a perfect space for a couple, two couples, or small family or friend group. Great stay!
