"Check in was simple and communicative, using WhatsApp. Nicola was friendly, and at the time of check in, met with us and provided a map to show locations in the city to walk. He also organized a transfer to the airport for a Sunday morning flight. That person showed up at 745am, with a clean, luxury vehicle, and charged us what a taxi would have charged us for the ride. "Really blown away by our short stay at this hotel. Alina was helpful before we even arrived, then welcomed us with open arms. We had a room at the back of the hotel, which was quiet, modern and very clean. The shower in particular was incredible and we loved the large bed. "Lovely guesthouse in the very centre of Catania, literally just a few steps away from via Etnea and many attractions. Check-in went smoothly even though we arrived late at night. "Oversized room with a jacuzzi, however, the system leaked and water seeped into adjacent room. No 24 hour staff, so, you need to be in communication. We left before staff arrived and left the key on the hook with other keys so no security beyond the cameras. The location was ideal as was the price."
