"Cons: Hotel allows pets. Room had cat/dog hair all over the floor and on an upholstered chair. Ended up with hair on my clothes. Immediately had problems with allergies. "Overall, good stay here. The location cannot be beat. Close to L line to get to Brooklyn/Williamsburg, walkable to SoHo and near by neighborhoods. The space was great accommodations for 1-2 people. The space was quiet, clean, comfortable, cozy. Having a full kitchen, fridge etc was nice options to have. Plenty of cafes, coffee, restaurants to choose from. Would stay again. "

"Good afternoon. I am writing to notify expedia thaf my recent stay at the Hotel and the City had an issue w/ rodents that we did not notice until the morning of checkout. We were in NYC for NYU graduation and were quite busy only using the room to dress and sleep. I woke up the next morning and found mice droppings on the pillow and table next to me. we left quickly.
