Catch some sun and Atlantic breezes on the deck with ocean views, or cross the street for direct beach access. Two bedrooms with 1 Queen, and 2 Full beds, 1.5 bath with open plan from Kitchen to Living Room. Enjoy your privacy, or rent with friends and open the door between units. Amenities include Electric Vehicle (EV) charging on site (FREE), washer/dryer, outdoor gas grill, ceiling fans, central heat/air, 3 Flat Panel TV, cable, and wireless internet, outdoor shower and partially covered deck.

The place was extremely clean. I have a lot of allergies and there was no dust and no strong chemical sense or fragrances which is super important to us. Everything that was needed was there. So close to the beach. Comfortable beds host super responsive we will be back.

We have stayed in this awesome house for several years now. You can sit on the front porch in a rocker and hear the ocean. The access to the beach is just steps away. It’s so peaceful here since there is no through traffic. There are bicycles, walkers, and golf carts that go by out front but no cars. We always enjoy our stay and hate to leave.

Perfect Location and Layout!!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The check in process was very easy. The house was just as described and pictured. We had no problems streaming to watch tv and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook. The beds were so comfortable. You can see the ocean from the front porch, but hearing the ocean is the best! The boardwalk to the ocean is literally at the end of the driveway. It doesn't get much better than that!

Wonderful spot

My buddy and I stayed four nights. I brought my dog. Upon entering I immediately noticed dog dishes, dog bed, and milk bones. Plus thankfully dog bags, needed those immediately and had forgotten them. The place was clean organized well set up kitchen, all nice towels and linens. Being right at the beach access was great for walks and surf fishing. We made use of a couple of beach chairs. Added a couple rod holders to share and for potential future use.Could not have been happier with this place.

Spring Break

Wonderful first time visiting Emerald Isle! This house was perfect! Walkway to ocean a few steps away. Nice deck to sit and listen to the ocean. My son fished at the shore and caught a variety of fish. House very clean, updated, spacious open kitchen and living room. Host communicated well and quickly.

Relaxing, great location and great sunrises

A fun time at St Pattys celebration with hubby in Emerad Isle, N.C. .Surf and Sounds where we stayed in EI was clean, close to the beach and dog friendly. We cooked great meals at Surf and Sounds, met folks at Village Market Resteraunt or met people doing dog walks or I meet people at the Gymn at Cape Cateret . I felt safe during a storm and the owner kept up with me on my visit. I would recommend a visit to Surf and Sounds . I relaxed viewing sunrises and running with my dog at the beach and sunets ( at the free boat ramp. Plus sleeping was amazing since I heard waves.
