Oceanfront Luxury House with Stunning Views

  • Impresionantes vistas al mar. Elegancia y lujo en una casa de playa con vistas panorámicas al paisaje marino. Actualización: Sin daños por el huracán Dorian, ¡estamos aquí ahora y la casa es perfecta!

    Esta es una lista nueva, ya que Susie acaba de completar el proyecto de 2 años para renovar esta casa de playa.

    Este dúplex frente al mar (formalmente llamado Temco West) ha sido renovado desde el piso hasta el techo con un ambiente costero moderno y exclusivo que fue diseñado por Susie para tener en cuenta todos los estilos diferentes de turistas.

    Las líneas limpias y los muebles a medida permiten que las impresionantes vistas del océano de 180 grados hablen por completo. Dos juegos de puertas dobles corredizas se abren a una gran terraza para tomar el sol con un montón de muebles para disfrutar de la brisa del mar (y broncearse sin la arena), mientras saborea su bebida favorita.

    También se recomienda comer al aire libre para dos personas si le gusta el romance, ya que tiene una vista sin obstáculos de más de 2 millas de costa (ideal para tomar fotos de vacaciones).

    Para su comodidad, contamos con la caminata más corta a la arena que puede comprar en la isla si tiene ganas de caminar a la playa para ver cómo está su familia. Pero el lugar donde Susie's Hideaway West realmente brilla es cuando te despiertas de una siesta de vacaciones a las inigualables vistas de la arena y el océano desde nuestro sofá de siesta hecho a medida.

    Ropa de cama y toallas están incluidas. También estamos a solo 5 minutos por un sendero desde una tienda de vinos, supermercados, Jackies American Grill y otros restaurantes.

    Susie's Hideaway West cuenta con una cocina totalmente nueva con encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos nuevos, pisos nuevos, ropa de cama nueva, ventiladores de techo, lavaplatos, lavadora / secadora, 4 televisores de pantalla plana y acceso inalámbrico a Internet de alta velocidad.

    Susie's Hideaway es un dúplex (con dos lados, este y oeste). Este listado es para el lado oeste.

The beachfront location was perfect with amazing views and easy access. Even on rainy days, we could be up in the house and enjoy the ocean views. The house was clean and well equipped with lots of chargers and outlets, kitchen supplies, nice deck chairs, and comfortable beds. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return to Emerald Isle and Susie’s Hideaway!

Beautiful house on the beach in a quiet part of EI. Was Perfect for family of 5 adults with beds to spare. Nice kitchen, well stocked with cooking pans, dishes, etc. We have been to EI many times over the years - we agreed that this was our favorite rental to date. We will certainly be back. Thanks to Susie and William for letting us stay at their beautiful place and always being available when messaged. Great vacation.

Beach Fun!

Property was clean, had a well equipped kitchen and lots of thoughtful extras ( flashlights/charging cables/first aid kits) was in a great location for a couple of restaurants and grocery stores and some shopping. Perfect vacation stay.

Perfect views

Very comfortable property (especially the beds!). The views were, of course, the best part. Everyone had a great time and i would recommend this home.

Beautiful location

Even though our trip was cut short by weather related issues (thanks a lot Hurricane Debby), we enjoyed the time we had. The hosts were amazing to work with and the property is in a perfect location. We will definitely be back!

It felt like paradise

The property is beautifully decorated in a coastal beachy vibe. The kitchen was well stocked with about everything you’d need to cook with. This property offered comfortable indoor/outdoor living with panoramic ocean views. We just got home and we are already talking about another visit later this fall.

Emerald Isle Newbies

The property was exactly as described! We were so happy with every part of the vacation rental. We did not require the property manager's assistance but we had her information if needed. William and Suzie were great! They answered all my silly questions in great time and provided great information about the area. This was our first trip to Emerald Isle and we will definitely return! I would definitely book with them again!

Great stay

Very much enjoyed our stay! House was very nice and being right on the beach was awesome. Great views of the ocean from the deck. Only downside if any that i could think of is that it's a duplex and we had neighbors who had lots of guests everyday who filled the driveway with vehicles and stayed up pretty late partying. But this is obviously no fault of the owners you just never know. This wouldn't stop me from staying here again we still had a great vacation.

Could have been better

The house is great location. Close to stores and restaurants and the beach view is fantastic. It's a little smaller than I thought based on the pictures but it still worked well for myself, my husband and our 3 younger kids. Without going into specific detail, The 3 star rating came due to some cleanliness issues we had while there. The owners did respond to our claims and compensate us for the issues but in general I didn't feel like they were as concerned with the problems as I thought they should be.

Good but not great

Great location & house is well furnished & equipped. Unfortunately the AC was out & the first night was very uncomfortable. The second day a temporary portable AC unit was installed but was insufficient to cool entire house. A 2nd unit was installed day 3 but was very noisy. Ceiling fan in 1st floor master bedroom was very noisy. A new AC unit was installed day 4 & owner voluntarily refunded us $400 which was much less than the cost of 1 nights stay.

Excellent location and very clean

The location is perfect. We loved the neighborhood and the deck. We walked daily to get exercise and the fresh air was exhilarating. Being directly oceanfront is so nice and it’s so easy when you need to make lunch or go back to get anything you forgot. The house is smaller than it looks in the pictures. The twin bed is in the same room as the queen and that was not apparent in the pictures. The kitchen is a little small but it had everything we needed to cook while we were there. The washer and dryer are great to have so you can wash towels and suits daily. It is a compact set so be warned if you have a larger family as it does take longer to wash and dry. We loved the rental and we will definitely remember for future vacations. The communication with the owners was excellent and they were very proactive in providing what we needed to know in advance.

Great Spot

Great location and house. 3 adults and 2 young kids. Cozy size. 5 minute drive to groceries. Would recommend! It's right next to a public beach access, so you have to get set up early on the beach or you risk losing your spot right in front of the house. Minimal supplies at the house, so you will have to go to the store before or very shortly after arrival.
