"Conveniently located near Vermilion (OH), this charming little getaway was wonderfully quiet and provided a wonderful retreat for my wife and me. We shopped, and dined nearby, kayaked at a beautiful estuary, and enjoyed the farm atmosphere. We will definitely return. "

"We had so much fun staying at this beautiful home! Check-in/out was really easy. Everything was incredibly clean and well-stocked for our stay. We like to cook our own meals and the kitchen had everything we needed! We have adult, teen, and a 10-year old kids in our family, and there was fun for all ages when we were at the house! Our kids had a blast with ping pong, playing LPs, playing Nintendo 64, and watching movies. We loved the location, being close to the zoo, Cuyahoga Valley...

"Although I know Cleveland very well I can say I truly enjoyed my stay here. It was clean and quiet. I felt comfortable the moment I walked through the door. The place is stocked and set up ready for you. Since I enjoy cooking for myself the kitchen was perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. A problem I’ve had in the past with VRBO. But this place was great. I got plenty of work done as well. I highly recommend staying here. Only one thing I will point out. Ask to use the side entrance....

"We had a slight issue in the beginning, but the host went above and beyond to get us sorted! The apartment was exactly as pictured and it waa such a cool area when you walk in to the atrium! Wpuld highly recommend!"

"Was a nice, clean, and affordable two bedroom upstairs apartment in a duplex looking building, in a regular working class neighborhood. Definitely not handicap accessible but perfect for small Families. It seemed like the shower had a water softener and hot water never ran out. Street parking and had lots of air conditioners for the Summer so you won't roast. Said they had a blow dryer but couldn't find it. I had a great stay, Hosts were quick to respond to any questions. "

"We loved it so much we are wishing we stayed longer! The unit itself was gorgeous. This place has a nice fusion of modern style within a historic building. A great price for a little hidden gem. We will definitely stay here again when we head back to Cleveland!! "

"The property looks exactly like the pictures! It was nice and We do recommend! We had a couple of issues and Nick handled them quickly and efficiently! He was so easy to work with! As you get older you are not use to changes., he even answered our silly questions so quickly! The house is close to everything! Beach, zoo, downtown and even my daughters wedding and house! Thank you Nick!"

"This charming motel was everything we didn’t know we were looking for. A beautiful small private access to lake Eerie. Found beach glass while the kids played in the water. A lovely pool to sit beside. Beautifully mornings sitting on the balcony while sipping coffee and watching deer and bald eagles move about tge area."
