"I did not end up staying because I did not feel that the hotel cleanliness match the pictures online. The hotel was quite a bit older looking than the picture showed online. It seemed relatively clean but a lot of the furniture, etc. was very worn. When I mentioned to the front desk staff that I didn’t want to stay she was upset I really wouldn’t talk to me anymore. "

"Sheets were soiled and weren't changed until second night of stay after talking to front desk. Carpet was worn and stained by bed. Overall condition of hotel was poor, needs remodeling and cleaning. Pool area was fair. Breakfast offerings were decent"

"Internet was not the best security level so I didn't use it for much. Food & wine were good, especially when snowed in due to blizzard. Room was spacious & comfortable. Workout room was great and appreciated. Exhibits around the premises were interesting."

"They do the big things like a nice gym and free laundry well, but they miss the little things that matter. No TP in our room, coffee machines down, staff that can’t relate well to customers and is poorly trained. They need to refocus on those little things. They matter the most. "
