"Fantastic. Nice room in a quiet area near the University, easily walkable to the city center. The little courtyard must be great in the warmer months. Room was clean, has air conditioning (though I mostly used the heating settings!) and the bed is very comfortable. I really appreciated the kitchen with a fridge and all the equipment I needed for my breakfast. Recommend!"

"Very conveniently located as is only a short walk to the central medieval area. We (mother + teenage son) stayed in a deluxe apartment which was spacious. Kitchenette facilities also appreciated as we ate in one evening. Staff helpful and friendly. Check-in is strictly after 3pm but it was handy to be able to use free lockers on site to leave luggage so we could go off and explore after our morning arrival into Ghent. Would recommend. "

"Would avoid. Issue with bathroom sink meant it was unusable for whole 3 night stay and bathroom smelt damp. Despite immediately flagging nobody turned up to take a look until 10 minutes before we were due to check out. Less of an issue, but if you pay a supplement for kids to stay, the very least you expect is that the kitchen is equipped for 4 people not 2. "

"We had a great stay! The room was just as the photos. There were towels, tea, a hairdryer, and a kettle. At the entrance, there were recommendations for bars, restaurants, and activities. The location is also great! What could have been better was communication prior to arrival. I had to fill out a long form to receive check-in instructions, and I also had issues with the instructions. Contact via WhatsApp was helpful and quick in resolving the issues."

"Ce petit appartement est très agréable et surtout très bien placé en plein centre de Gand.
La communication avec Anthony le gérant est très efficace et le procédure d’entrée et sortie automatisée très simple. Parfait pour une famille avec des enfants. Pour 4 adultes sachez que le lit en mezzanine nécessite un peu de souplesse pour y accéder et que le canapé du salon est un clic clac. Nous on a beaucoup aimé et on même pu garer la voiture à 5 minutes (pour 20€ la journée quand-même)."
