Should have automatic access to sauna and spa given it’s a spa hotel only access is if you have a treatment for 30 mins and if over they charge you on top of having already paid for a premium treatment

The hotel is absolutely amazing! The lobby has a huge bar instead of a checkin counter. You are able to sit on a comfortable couch and the staff comes to you for checkin.
