"The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

"It’s an apartment for short term rent which was not clearly described to me. It’s not a full service hotel. The location is good. The biggest problem is the noise from the street. Very loud car and truck all night long. No sound insulation at all."

"Excellent base for a visit to Oxford, with the city centre a pleasant half-hour walk across parks to get there. A quiet residential street with some local shops and public transport nearby. Flat was spotless and well furnished with parking out the back. Plenty of space in the kitchen/lounge and a well-equipped kitchen. Host answered any questions quickly and helpfully and no issues with access on arrival. The balcony was an added bonus for coffee in the morning or sitting out in the evening."

"This was an absolutely beautifully-decorated apartment in the heart of Oxford just steps from Westgate Mall, which literally saved us during the 100-degree F heatwave! Many stores and restaurants in the mall had Aircon! We were very thankful to gain early access for parking so we could get lunch and see the Ashmolean and Blackwell's while waiting for the firm 4pm check-in. "The studio was ok but virtually all of the photos were not of the studio but of other listings which looked much nicer than the one I booked. Very disappointed that parking was not listed as first come first served, so I had no parking. "The location is great, being a shortish walk into the city with plenty of bus options. The layout of the flat is good for the price but I had some issues with comms with owner - no 'welcome' explaining parking, when access details would be passed on so I had to chase that the day before. Access is easy and great not to worry about keys. In the flat the tower fan didn't work - luckily we were past the 32 degrees plus heat but it was still high 20's. Also limited crockery/glasses, no baking tray...
