"Quiet, comfortable house for four adults.Great view of sunset.Well stocked kitchen.Great new kitchen appliances.A few ants here and there but not a problem at all.Living room has shades. Sun at sunset can be bright and direct in kitchen and dining room around 6pm in October.Nice towels.Great hot tub.Short walk to bluff trail.For our EV, charging was great. The outlet is standard Level 2 for car chargers: 220v, 4 prong NEMA 14-50. It’s easy to access."

"This is the 3rd home we stayed in at Sea Ranch and the Webb House is definitely my favorite. The layout was great as all 3 bedrooms had their own bath and each felt very private. The house was very clean and the kitchen is well stocked.The only downside we had, as other folks had mentioned, is the house could use screens on the windows and sliding doors. Loved the large porch out back to sit and watch the wildlife and the ocean. Beautiful views!"

"What a lovely house and great views. Location was very close to Gualala, which made us happy. Across the Gualala Point and the park. Lots of birds, wildlife, and a family of quail. Great kitchen. Staff were great people, and even told us where to go birding. We would come back again with pleasure. "
