"Excellent stay! A major storm erupted while we were there. Knocked out the power to the hotel and town. Manager was very calm, efficient, and handled the event very efficiently. She single handedly got all hotel guests out of their room and relocated to the lobby and instructed everyone where to go and what to do if the tornado touched down. 115+mph winds and rain. "The front desk was rude and not helpful this is my 3rd IHG stay that was very disappointing.The property in Great Bend Ks was always wonderful but some of the other locations have not lived up to that expectation. I will never book again!"
